On February 20, 2021, the second vessel of U-type project \u201cElla\u201d was launched. The commissioning is scheduled on March 31, 2021.<\/p>\n

U-Type is an innovative multipurpose vessel of \u201cVolgo-Don max\u201d class designed for sea and river-sea transportation that is eminently suitable both for project and general cargo as well as for any bulk cargo. The vessel has been designed by our Turkish partner \u201cDenge Technology\u201d according to technical specifications of SeaEnergy and built by \u201cEPIC Denizcilik\u201d. Due to its characteristics and capabilities, it surpasses all vessels in its class \u2013 it has deadweight of 9300 tons, unrestricted navigation area in summer zone; it can sail with open large hold with length of 72m; it has 20% less fuel consumption than competitors. Bow superstructure and the possibility to use open hold make it possible to transport oversized cargo without limitation on the height of the hold.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe congratulate the staff of \u201cMT-Group\u201d and project designers on the launching of the vessel. The first trip of \u201cElla\u201d is scheduled on the beginning of April, 2021\u201d.<\/p>\n
