The first voyage of “Kamilla”

On October 14, 2020, after successfully completed sea trials and delivery to the ship owner – “MT-Group” OOO (SeaEnergy trademark), m/v “Kamilla” departed from the shipyard in Tuzla (Turkey) and on October 20 arrived to Yeysk (Russia) for loading of beetroot pulp (charterer PRIME FL & K AG), destination – Tarragona port (Spain).
This transportation will be the first cargo trip of “Kamilla” since it left the shipyard. During the passage for loading from Tuzla to Yeysk the ship showed high operation performance.
M/v “Kamilla” is the first-in-class ship of U-type project built by EPIC Deniz. The ships of this project feature unique characteristics for this class: DWT 9331 t, possibility of transportation with open covers of holds, low fuel consumption.
According to SeaEnergy development strategy, it is planned to build at least 8 more ships of this project.
